Rep. Jim Jordan Trying To 'Harass' FTC Staffers, Khan Says

Federal Trade Commission Chair Lina M. Khan on Wednesday accused House
Judiciary Committee Chairman Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, and his staff of engaging
in "a campaign to intimidate and harass" FTC staffers, in a dramatic
escalation of the dispute between the agency and its chief congressional
critic.
