Trade Court Backs Push For Higher Duties On Thai Mattresses

The U.S. Court of International Trade sent duties for Thai mattress imports
back to the Department of Commerce for reconsideration after finding that
U.S. manufacturers and unions had made convincing arguments for higher
rates.
