Trump-Related SPAC To Pay SEC $18M Over Truth Social Bid

Special purpose acquisition company Digital World Acquisition Corp. agreed
Thursday to pay $18 million to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission
over allegations that it failed to disclose ties to the social media
company run by former President Donald J. Trump.
