BofA Wins Access To Records Of Former Execs' Neuro App

A judge on Thursday ordered a trader suing Bank of America over a
psychiatric injury caused by his unmanageable workload to hand over
documents in connection with a neuro rehabilitation app he set up, ruling
that the information is relevant to his ability to work.
