Diddy Says Diageo Can't Arbitrate Tequila Racism Dispute

Rapper and entrepreneur Sean "Diddy" Combs argued Wednesday that British
spirits conglomerate Diageo can't arbitrate his claim that racism infected
the marketing of his DeLeon tequila brand, telling a New York state court
that the agreement contains a carveout for injunctive relief claims.
