NY Feds Can't Halt LA Sex Wellness Company's Breach Suit

New York federal prosecutors failed Wednesday to convince a Los Angeles
judge to stay California-based sexual wellness company OneTaste's lawsuit
against a former worker after arguing that the Golden State litigation
would hamper their criminal prosecution of two former company leaders on
forced-labor charges.
