Malpractice Jury Should Be Shown Metal Bar, NC Court Told

A metal bar that is key to a North Carolina's man defense in a battery suit
should be shown to the jury in the man's malpractice case alleging his
lawyer's work on the matter suffered because he was too busy campaigning
for a state judgeship, the man's current attorney told a federal judge
Monday.
