Congress Urged To Stop 'Hijacking' Of Shareholder Proposals

A Mayer Brown LLP attorney on Wednesday urged Congress and the U.S.
Securities and Exchange Commission to bar special interests from
"hijacking" the shareholder proposal process while Minnesota's attorney
general claimed Texas' hard-line "anti-woke" stance has cost it money.
